Orders typically require 3 business days to process before shipment. Some custom-made items may take additional time, and any delays will be communicated promptly.

We offer standard and express shipping options. The shipping method you choose during checkout will determine the estimated delivery time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Use this number to track your package and receive real-time updates on its delivery status.

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout for your review. On orders $100 or more, the shipping is free.

6. International Shipping:

Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Lachellelux is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
